GLC Travel Package will automatically be cancelled if registration is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: If SAE Detroit Section is notified on or before Friday, September 7, your registration fee will be refunded less a $200 per registration cancellation fee. The same rule applies to cancellation of flight reservations. If both are cancelled at the same time, a one-time fee will be charged. Refunds will not be granted after Friday, September 7. All cancellations must be in writing and there are no exceptions.

Attendees will be granted a one-time transfer of their paid registration and/or GLC Travel Package reservation to a colleague within the same company in the event they cancel.
A written request must be submitted using this form and the replacement attendee must complete a new registration form with a valid credit card number. Original registrant credit card will be refunded without penalty upon completion of the transfer.Request must include the name of the new registrant.
